Usually such things happen before companies decide to take some expansion / merger steps so as to avoid objections arising when put forward before investors / shareholders......Let's see what happens, maybe they shall decide to merge or enter into agreement for infrastructure sharing

I don't think they will exit DTH business but look at ways to achieve sustainable business model amidst intense competition from within the industry as well as New Age Platforms on the Digital Front
