Hindi Movie Deals and production:
Viacom18 studios deal with star network to be revised and checked if these deal happened post merger announcement. if done post merger announcement these movie deals will be nullified. vice versa.
Movies cant be renewed from either companies post merger announcement.

So Viacom movies won't appear on Star channels and
Star Studios movies won't appear on Viacom channels?

Also what about South channels for compliance? There will be way too many overlaps there...

The deal which was done before merger announcement will not be affected. No new deal till approval can be done
